I couldn't come up with a witty post title this early, so there ya go.....just "Old Navy". My friend Cristal facebooked me last night with this cute dress she purchased from Old Navy. Of course, I had to copy her and purchased the same dress in yellow, along with a few other things......
What I like most about these pieces is the simplicity. I can go classic to retro to (slightly) edgy with different accessories. I also love cute, knee length, knit dresses for Summer. Can you tell I am ready for the warm weather?

The only thing that gets me about Old Navy is their sizing. I wear anything from an XL Misses to a 3X plus. Generally I am a 2X plus, so....that's pretty insane. I always read the reviews when I order online, and if the item is said to run large, I always size down.
One item I did not purchase was the one below. I am in awe of this bathing suit. How could it possibly look good on anyone? Liquid lame over curves?.....well, maybe.
Oh, my knee is OK by the way, no amputation needed. Just rest, ibuprofen, and some knee sock nightmare to wear daily. Oi.
Don't forget, Friday is the last day to enter our giveaway!
Have a fabulous Tuesday!

ReplyDeleteHope the knee heals fast. Try to get some rest!
i am loving that yellow dress, I might need to stop into my local old navy and see if I can find it!
ReplyDeleteAdorable! Ok if I get any spending money I promise to not buy that dress! Can you imagine all three of us meeting up and we're all wearing the same dress? ROFL
ReplyDeleteThe yellow dress is so perfect for the Spring! I think it would go very well with a nice pair of sandals and a large tote. xoxo
ReplyDeletei kind of like the swimsuit, although i'd never be able to rock it! i like old navy's clothes... i can usually find something to wear there, but for me, i think it's their pants' size that run the weirdest on me!
ReplyDeleteCute picks!! I love the striped skirt and the turquoise dress looks super comfy. I'm glad to hear your knee is ok :)
ReplyDeleteI love love love those flip flops! I have tons of them for the summer.
ReplyDeleteI love the gold lame thingy. While I personally couldn't wear it on the right person it would rock. Not sure who that right person is, but I like it all the same.
ReplyDeleteGlad your knee is feeling better. Hope it gets healed up soon!

ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for visiting my blog!
ReplyDeleteI may have to go hunt down that striped skirt! I really like the cut of the swimsuit and the ruching around the tummy area, but that shiny color? No thanks.
Thank you all for the fab comments! Let's hope my order is as fab as I'd like it to be :)
